These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Kenzototo online gaming platform, accessible at kenzototo.cam and any associated mobile applications, products, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). Kenzototo is operated by its parent entity under international licensing requirements applicable to online gaming operators.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and Kenzototo.

Kenzototo primarily serves players based in Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations across the peninsula. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Kenzototo makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it actively supports.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. Kenzototo reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify a user's age and will immediately suspend any account where this requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Kenzototo employee;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law;
• Not have had a previous Kenzototo account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Kenzototo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and forfeit any balances derived from bonus play.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Kenzototo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

Kenzototo is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawals and at certain transaction thresholds. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identity documents including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any related notice may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal information must be promptly communicated to Kenzototo's support team. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. Kenzototo may, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address, apply dormancy administration fee of RM 50 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kenzototo supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Kenzototo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Kenzototo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time; however, delays may occur due to third-party processing conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits associated with your account tier;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied prior to processing a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where technically possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 30minutes to 2 hours during standard business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are network-dependent and typically completed within one hour.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Kenzototo is not liable for any conversion losses or exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by Kenzototo are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM 200 bonus requires total bets of RM 4,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered).

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM 250 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the applicable promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–15% contribution;
• Table games (standard): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting: Contribution percentage specified per promotion;
• Excluded games: Certain jackpot or progressive slot titles may be excluded entirely — these are listed within the relevant promotion terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period specified in the applicable promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any unexpired bonus funds and associated winings will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiry without replacement or compensation.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

Kenzototo takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or systematically placing bets in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, Kenzototo reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to terminate the offending account(s).

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the Kenzototo Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Kenzototo shall not be liable for any bets placed in error or without full understanding of the game mechanics.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions — are governed by Kenzototo's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a void or postponed event, applicable rules regarding bet settlement and refunds will be applied consistently.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Kenzototo's records shall be considered definitive in determining the outcome of any affected bets. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved to a fair outcome, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned. Winings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.4 RTP and Fair Play

All slot and RNG-based table games on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kenzototo Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coluding with other players in live dealer or poker games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security systems;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Clause 6.6 of these Terms.

All content on the Kenzototo Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kenzototo or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Kenzototo.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kenzototo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Kenzototo's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Kenzototo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, which Kenzototo will endeavour to communicate in advance where reasonably practicable.

Kenzoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all its Services. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can develop from entertainment into a problematic behaviour. In response, Kenzototo provides the following responsible gambling tools, available at no cost to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Timers: Receive alerts or automatic timeouts after a specified session duration;
• Reality Checks: Regular notifications of time spent and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your account for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent closure.

Kenzototo reserves the right to enforce responsible gambling restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest potential harm, including requiring players to complete a responsible gambling assessment before continuing to use the Services.

12.1 Termination by Kenzototo

Kenzototo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; or at Kenzototo's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is deemed to pose a risk to the Platform's integrity or other players.

Upon termination for breach, Kenzototo may void any outstanding bonus balances and winings derived from bonus play. Real-money balances at the time of closure may be subject to review and, if no breach is confirmed, will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable verification.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Kenzototo's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal verification requirements being met.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which Kenzototo operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Kenzototo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Kenzototo reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Kenzototo will provide registered Users with at least 14 calendar days' notice via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2.
